The MB58R 121 Energy is the 1x12" version in Markbass's revamped Energy series, and it shares the same revolutionary DNA as its larger sibling. The cabinet is made from a fully climate-neutral composite material that is not only more sustainable than traditional wood but also significantly lighter. Weighing 11.6 kg, you get a full-fledged 12" bass cabinet that you can transport effortlessly.
The 12" neodymium speaker from Markbass gives the 121 Energy a warmer, fuller sound than a typical 2x10" setup. The low frequencies have more body and depth, while the 1" tweeter with horn provides clear high harmonics. With a 400W load at 8 ohms, it is versatile enough to be used with almost any professional bass amplifier head.
