Like the Core version, the S2 version features the Pattern Vintage neck profile and a maple top. Thanks to the slightly thicker body than is typically found on a PRS, the 594 has incredible sustain and a super- thick tone. The S2 McCarty 594 immediately feels like coming home, as if the guitar has been played in for years. Absolutely fantastic! The hardware features a two-piece bridge made of zinc and Vintage Style, non-locking tuners. This way, the S2 McCarty 594 stays true to its vintage spirit.
