At Dijkmans Muziek we have joined forces with Gibson and have put together a series of unique guitars. This ES-335 is perhaps the crown prince of them. A historically correct 64'er with a Double Gold Top Dark Back finish chosen by us.

You don't see them often: an ES-335 with a fancy Gold Top finish! You might expect this Murphy Lab Gibson to be a showpiece first and foremost, but nothing could be further from the truth. The sound of this '64 Custom Shop ES-335 is full of character and is beautifully woody , as you would expect from real vintage models. ES-335 models are of course mainly known for that legendary neck pickup tone, but as with every model of this caliber, the bridge pickup also sounds fantastic. In contrast to the warm, glowing neck pickup, the bridge pickup also sounds open and bright with a hint of jangle. The medium-C neck profile is just right: not too thin and not too thick, with a top-quality Indian Rosewood fingerboard. This ES-335 is provided with Light Murphy Aging with light discolorations and cracks in the nitrocellulose lacquer. Very tasteful! Comes with a fancy Custom Shop Hardshell Case.
