The Markbass MB GV Gloxy in Surf Green is for the bassist who wants to stand out without compromising playability or sound quality. In terms of sound, the Gloxy offers a wide palette. The JJ single-coil pickups give you a clear, snappy tone in the bridge position that is perfect for groovy bass lines and slap. In the neck position, the sound becomes warmer and fuller, ideal for melodic playing or a rounder, vintage sound. The active Markbass 3-band EQ allows you to precisely adjust your tone, and the passive mode is always available as a backup.
The body is made of poplar, the maple neck has a comfortable C-profile with a laurel fingerboard and block inlays over 20 frets on a 34" scale length. F-style tuning machines ensure stable tuning. Controls via 2 volume and 1 tone knob. Includes Markbass gig bag. A bass guitar that sounds as good as it looks.
