The Taylor 114ce Special Edition combines the familiar Grand Auditorium platform with a Tobacco Edgeburst finish that immediately sets it apart from the standard line. While the regular 114ce is functional and solid, this Special Edition adds a visual layer fitting for an instrument you'd proudly display. Its torrefied spruce top gives it a mature, balanced sound from day one that normally only develops after years of playing.

The V-Brace bracing system ensures an open sound with clear separation between bass and treble, and a responsive attack. The Grand Auditorium shape is Taylor's most versatile size: comfortable for fingerstyle, powerful enough for strumming, and compact enough for long sessions. The built-in Expression System 2 electronics with volume, bass, and treble controls make it immediately stage-ready.

The neck is attached via bolt-on construction and features an Ebony fretboard with 20 frets on a 25.5'' scale length. The inlays are Faux Pearl 4mm dots, the tuners are Die-cast Chrome with Chrome buttons. Back and sides are made of Sapele, a wood that sounds warm and projected. Delivered including gig bag.

This instrument is new and in impeccable condition. Before shipping or collection, the guitar will be inspected and, if necessary, played in by our technician.
