Walrus Audio Fundamental Fuzz: Three Fuzz Characters for Beginners and Professionals
The Walrus Audio Fundamental Series Fuzz is a straightforward, aggressive fuzz pedal that offers three fundamentally different fuzz types in a compact and affordable package. The Fundamental Series is designed for guitarists who simply want a great-sounding pedal without the fuss: simple controls, honest sound, and the quality you expect from Walrus Audio.
The three fuzz types each offer their own character. Classic delivers a big, sticky fuzz with plenty of sustain, the most recognizable fuzz sound. Mid+ builds on this with a significant boost in the mid-frequencies, ideal for cutting through a busy mix during a solo. Gated provides a lo-fi, sputtering fuzz effect with an abrupt, pinched tone that is perfect for experimental and retro sounds. Gain, Tone, and Volume control the amount of overdrive, the tone color, and the output volume.
The Fundamental Fuzz has 1/4" input and output and is powered via 9V DC. Controlled via Gain, Tone, Volume, and Fuzz Type (Gated, Classic, Mid+).
