The sound of the OM-SR is precisely what the wood combination promises: Solid Sitka Spruce gives the tone a clear, detailed articulation with a beautiful sparkle in the highs, while master grade Indian Rosewood provides depth, sustain, and a rich midrange. The OM shape is ideally suited for fingerstyle, but this guitar also has more than enough character and volume for tasteful strumming. The finish is vintage-inspired and consistently applied: a Full-Pore Vintage finish on the top, back, and sides, herringbone purflings, faux ivory binding, and a tortoise pickguard with a transparent extension towards the soundhole. The neck is crafted from African Mahogany with an Ebony fretboard and bridge, including Ebony bridge pins. The characteristic Furch Soft-V neck profile plays comfortably and without fatigue. Scale length 650 mm, nut width 45 mm, TUSQ zero fret and saddle for optimal intonation. Comes with a sturdy Hiscox Hardshell case.
