The Classic T Vintage in Lake Placid Blue

The Suhr Classic T Vintage LE Lake Placid Blue is a Limited Edition that takes the vintage T-type story seriously. The Lake Placid Blue finish on the Alder body is a color that directly refers to the golden years of the electric guitar, and Suhr does it justice with a nitro-like appearance and a careful paint job. The Roasted Maple neck gives the instrument extra stability and a slightly warmer tone than standard Maple, which perfectly matches the vintage character of this guitar.

The Indian Rosewood fretboard with a 60's C Vintage Standard profile (.810"-.930") plays familiar and comfortable, with 22 medium Nickel frets, Clay Dots, and a 9"-12" compound radius. Two M.A.T. (Modern Aged Tone) single coils via a 3-way switch with volume and tone. The Wilkinson 3-saddle bridge and Gotoh Kluson tuners complete the vintage picture without compromising playability. Weight 3.32 kg, scale 25.5", includes hardcase.

The M.A.T. pickups are Suhr's interpretation of how a vintage T-type pickup should sound in practice. They are designed to match the warmth and character of the best old specimens, but with the consistency and reliability you would expect from a modern Suhr instrument. In combination with the Wilkinson 3-saddle bridge, this Classic T Vintage sounds exactly as the name promises.
