The pair of Alnico V Single Coil pickups sound crystal clear and snappy, with that recognizable, full-range power that you expect from a Telecaster. The bridge pickup gives you an immediate twang that has enormous expressiveness even without any overdrive. The neck pickup can sound sultry as well as fierce - definitely explore the tone knob! And in the middle position you can immediately hear why Telecasters are so incredibly popular for funk! The characteristic, classic sound of the Tele is given extra power by the 6-saddle through-body bridge. Thanks to the ClassicGear tuning knobs, this Player II is extra stable.
