Sherwood Green and pure sixties soul — the Jaguar as it was meant to be

The Fender Vintera III Mid 60s Jaguar is not a nostalgic nod, but a full-fledged reconstruction of one of the most characterful offsets Fender has ever built. In Sherwood Green, this instrument exudes a timeless elegance that looks just as good in a studio setting as it does on stage. This is a guitar for the player who knows what they're looking for.

The heart of the Jaguar is formed by two Pure Vintage '65 single-coil pickups, which deliver the typical, snappy Jaguar sound with a clear attack and a subtle bite in the higher registers. The short 610mm scale length makes the guitar particularly playable, with a smooth attack that makes bending and vibrato effortless. The vintage-style tremolo and the familiar Jaguar switching circuit give you full control over tone and dynamics. Finished with a glossy polyester lacquer on an alder body and a maple neck with a rosewood fretboard — specs that do justice to the originals from the mid-sixties.
